**Description of Issue:**
In Admin2, when you put an order on hold, it puts a banner at the top of the screen letting you know of the hold status. However, when you take the order off of hold, that banner doesn't go away unless you refresh the page. There is nothing that happens to confirm that the order has been taken off of hold.
**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Go to https://katelyntest-admin2.crystalcommerce.com/orders/15413
2. Put the order on hold using the order options in the upper right
3. Take the order off of hold using the order options in the upper right, or by clicking on the "click here" link in the hold message at the top.
4. Nothing happens.
**Desired Resolution:**
For the banner to go away, letting the user know the order has been successfully taken off hold.
