[NON-FIREFIGHTING] **Multiple Clients** - TCGPlayer orders not appearing because of "Invalid shipping id string" error

**Description of Issue:**
Channelfireball reported a TCGPlayer order that failed to make it into their admin. When I tried to manually pull in the order, I got the following error: "Invalid shipping id string"

**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Go to https://internalsupport.crystalcommerce.com/tcg_player_orders/sync
2. type channelfireball as the client database name
3. type 00023-CF35A7-26FAE as the tcg player order number
4. click "sync order"

**Desired Resolution:**
Find out what is causing this error and correct it so that all the TCGPlayer orders can make it into our system.
