[NON-FIREFIGHTING] kwplayspace - Access and recover tax exempt notes

**Description of Issue:**

KWplayspace ran a charity event on January 6, 2018. They ran the orders for the event through the POS. Since the orders were for charity, they marked them as tax exempt, and text box for the reason entered who it was and what it was for. KWPlayspace needs these notes and needs to know what order IDs they are attached to for tax purposes. As far as I know, there is no way to access those tax exempt notes in the admin.

**Steps to Reproduce:**

In case it helps investigate, here is the process for making an order tax exempt in the POS:

1. Go to https://kwplayspace-pos.crystalcommerce.com/
2. Click on "Add Custom Line Item" and enter any price and item name to add to the POS cart.
3. Click on "Order Details" on the right side of the screen
4. In the order details section, uncheck the box for "Tax"
5. Enter a reason for the order to be tax exempt (it's this information that Kirby is looking for for all orders on 1/6/18)
6. choose "cash" and complete checkout
Note: any orders made to test this should be voided afterward

**Desired Resolution:**

We are hoping that there is a table on the database that will contain all of these tax exempt notes and what order IDs they belong to. If so, we'd like to get a report of all these order IDs and tax exemption reasons from 1/6/18 to get to kwplayspace.
