**Describe reported issue:**
On the orders page, if you enter a refund amount for an order, and then choose the refund type, it resets the amount back to the maximum. This can lead to people issuing refunds for the wrong amount if they don't notice that it changed back.
**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. In any admin, open an order. For example: https://channelfireball-admin.crystalcommerce.com/orders/24573523
2. Under the "refund this order" section, enter an amount less than the default.
3. Change the refund type
4. The amount you entered will switch back to the default automatically.
