Kirwansgamestore has a customer that attempted to purchase an item on their site, and ran into an error at checkout. The error prevented the order from being submitted, but still authorized the charge on their credit card.
We need to find out why this error occurred and prevent it from happening in the future. It makes our clients look bad when their customers see a charge show up in their account without an order getting submitted successfully.
