**Client Name:**
Global, but reported by Channelfireball and MTGOasis
**Client Contact Information:**

Oasis: Alex Sittner - alex@oasisccg.com
**Client Database URL:**

**Describe reported issue:**
Whenever a user does any action in the admin that requires a password, there is a high chance that it will result in the "we're sorry, but something went wrong" error. Some examples of these are deleting a category, adjusting store credit, or editing user permissions.
Eventually it will work, but when it happens 10+ times in a row to a client, it makes it look like the function is just broken.
**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Go to https://channelfireball-admin.crystalcommerce.com/customers/456209/edit
2. Go to the "Credits" tab
3. enter a reason, an amount of .01, and your password
4. Click "Adjust Store Credit"
More often than not, it will result in the "we're sorry, but something went wrong" error.

**Describe desired results:**
For the admin not to produce an error on basic functionalities that require passwords.
** Additional Information:**
Could be related to the "unauthorized" error that has been plaguing us and our clients lately. The behavior seems similar in that you have to keep retrying it before it works. It also involves validating a user password.
