**Describe reported issue:**
There are two orders for different clients that I'm trying to force-void, but it keeps giving me an error message.
**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Go to the internalsupport force-void tool: https://internalsupport.crystalcommerce.com/jobs/orders_search
2. enter gametimecc as the client database name
3. enter 2576073 for the order number
4. leave the "with quantity adjustment" box uncheck, and click the "Void" button
Result: it will give an error message that says "Couldn't update orders, please try again."
**Describe desired results:**
For the orders to move to void status successfully without adjusting quantity.
