**Describe reported issue:**
When you attempt to delete a custom shipping method in their admin, nothing happens.
**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Go to their Account > Shipping page: https://groovedis-admin.crystalcommerce.com/carriers
2. Click "Custom" under the "Pick Up At Indy Regionals (8/13-8/14)" shipping carrier.
3. Click the "Destroy" button under the shipping method of the same name.
Result: Nothing happens. The shipping option stays on the page.
**Describe desired results:**
The shipping option should disappear. In this case, the carrier should disappear as well, since that is the last shipping option under it.
