Description of Issue:
When they export the shipping information on their orders page, none of the non-US, non-CA orders are included in the export.
Steps to Reproduce:
This would have to be replicated in the morning, before they've processed their orders for the day.
1. Go to https://dollys-admin.crystalcommerce.com/orders and find an international, non-US, non-Canada order in either Payment Received or Processing status. Note the order ID
2. Just above the search filters, set it to "Shipping Information: All" and export.
3. Download and open the exported csv
4. Search for the order ID noted in step 1. It won't be there
Desired Resolution:
For all orders in Payment Received and Processing status to be included in the shipping export.
Additional Notes:
Have had trouble replicating this in other admins. Part of the problem is that it's been hard to find other admins with open international orders.
I'm wondering if part of the issue is that they are in Canada themselves?
