**Multimonsterdeals** - [Order Date search uses incorrect time zone] - [Global]

**Description of Issue:**
When using the date filters on the orders page, any orders placed after a certain time of day won't show up unless you search for the next day.
An example of this is order 3769457 for multimonsterdeals.

**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Go to https://multimonsterdeals-admin.crystalcommerce.com/orders
2. Use the filters for "Status: Shipped", "Customer Name: Ryan Lewis", "Created on or after: 2018-12-11", "Created before: 2018-12-14".
3. Search. Order 3769457 will show up in the search results. Note that the order date is 12-12-2018
4. Use the filters for "Status: Shipped", "Customer Name: Ryan Lewis", "Created on or after: 2018-12-11", "Created before: 2018-12-13".
5. Search. Order 3769457 will not be in the search results, even though it was placed before 12-13.

**Desired Resolution:**
For the date filters on the orders page to be accurate.

My guess is that the date filters on the orders page are looking at a different time zone than what the admin is set to.
